Full-Service Pallet Company

One yard, every stage of the pallet life-cycle.

J&J Pallet Co. Inc. is the family-owned business we founded in 1974. We build new pallets from excess virgin lumber, repair and refurbish used stock, and buy back any pallets you no longer need. The wood that can't be saved becomes our premium colored landscape mulch — nothing leaves the yard wasted.

The world has changed a lot since 1974. We haven't. Expect the same quality, consistency and direct communication our customers have relied on for over fifty years.

Sustainability

Building a more sustainable supply chain, one pallet at a time.

J&J pallets are built from excess virgin lumber left over from building-material and furniture production. They're then recycled, repaired and rebuilt — and at end of life ground into our premium colored mulch. A typical plastic pallet consumes eight times more raw material than a reusable wooden pallet.

  • We buy any pallets — new, used or refurbished.
  • Recycled pallets cut cost without cutting quality.
  • Wood that can't be reused becomes colored landscape mulch.
  • Closed-loop yard: nothing usable leaves as waste.
  • Three mulch colors — brown, red, black — wholesale or retail.

Pallet Management

Stringer, block, perimeter base — we build them all.

Pallets in all sizes and configurations fall into two broad categories — stringer and block — with perimeter bases for fully automated handling. We design the right pallet for the right load, optimizing for strength and cost.

Stringer Pallets

Three or more parallel timber stringers with affixed deck-boards — optionally notched for four-way entry.

Block Pallets

Stronger four-way pallets using both parallel and perpendicular stringers for efficient handling from any side.

Perimeter Base Pallets

Bottom-boards oriented in both directions so automated handling equipment can move faster, regardless of orientation.
